Applying the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Self-Assessment Tool (EDIB SAT) in your archive service

The EDIB SAT (beta version) was recently launched by Archives West Midlands. It’s aim is to provide a simple tool by which an organization can quickly assess the status of its approach to EDIB across all aspects - organizational, technical and functional – measured against a set of maturity levels.
