Arts, Design and Media Archive Birmingham City University
Thirty collections covering the fields of art and design, photography, education, music, media, jewellery and fashion.
Birmingham Archdiocesan Archives (BAA)
The BAA holds the episcopal and administrative records of the Midland District (1688-1840), the Central District (1840-1850), the Diocese of Birmingham (1850-1911) and the Archdiocese of Birmingham (1911-present).
Cadbury Research Library: Special Collections
The Cadbury Research Library, in the Muirhead Tower, is the home for Special Collections and Archives of the University of Birmingham. The archive consists of approximately 200,000 rare books dating from 1471 and some 4 million manuscripts.
City of Birmingham Archives and Collections
An internationally significant collection of archives, photographs and rare books.
Dudley Archives and Local History Service
Dudley Archives and Local History Service collects, preserves and makes available archive and local studies material relating to the Dudley borough to help the community understand the past, live the present and shape the future.
Hereford Cathedral Library and Archives
The cathedral archives consist of the records of the Dean & Chapter documenting the history of the cathedral and its considerable property throughout the county from the early Middle Ages until the present day.
Herefordshire Archive and Records Centre
We hold approximately 7,800 archive collections, occupying over two miles of shelving. Our archives date back to the twelfth century, and can help you research almost any aspect of Herefordshire's past.
Keele University Special Collections and Archives
Our mission is to select, preserve and make available the collections in our care, for the benefit of the Higher Education community and beyond.
Media Archive for Central England
The Media Archive for Central England (MACE) is recognised as the specialist public film archive for the East and West Midlands.
Oswestry Town Council Archives
Oswestry Town Council is one of the smallest local authority archives in the UK to achieve Archives Accreditation as a result of the Town Council investing in its heritage.
Sandwell Community History and Archives Service
Sandwell Community History and Archives Service (CHAS) is the archive service for the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell in the West Midlands of England.
Shakespeare Birthplace Trust Library & Archives
We care for over one million museum, library and archive items in Shakespeare’s home town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Through them, we share the story of William Shakespeare, his family, his town, his works and his influence on the world.
Shropshire Archives
We’re the archives and local studies service for the historic county of Shropshire This includes the borough of Telford and Wrekin. We preserve and make accessible documents, books, maps, photographs, plans and drawings relating to Shropshire past and present.
Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Archive Service
The role of the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Archive Service is to locate, collect and preserve archives relating to past and present life in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent and to make them available to the people of Staffordshire and its visitors.
Walsall Archives
Warwickshire County Record Office
The office collects, preserves and makes available the historic records of Warwickshire and its people. We have records dating from the 12th century onwards and our collections cover a wide variety of historical documents, from old title deeds to recent baptism registers.
Wolverhampton City Archives
Wolverhampton City Archives houses a wealth of materials relating to the history of all areas now within the city of Wolverhampton including Bilston, Bushbury, Penn, Tettenhall and Wednesfield.
Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service
Under the care of Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service thousands of archaeological sites, historic buildings and landscapes are recorded and over 12 miles of original archives are collected and preserved.
